Sitter ihopkurad under tacket i sangen & filurar over livet & sant dar.
Den senaste manaden har jag haft massiva problem med somnen, vaknar upp flera
ganger varje natt, drommer mardrommar, vaknar supertidigt pa morgonen men kan
anda inte somna forran langt efter midnatt. Brukade tampas med samma problem
nar jag gick i skolan & allt bara var for mycket, for jobbigt & for hemskt, men hur jag
madde da ar langt ifran hur jag mar nu. Vet inte vad som ar fel. Har testat somnpiller
fran halsokosten, men de funkar inte alls. Nagon som har nagra tips & trix, jag vill
helst undvika superstarka lakarpiller, ar lite fjantig nar det kommer till sadant.


Translation:

Sitting in my bed, without any hint of the goodnight fairy coming for a visit.
I've had major sleeping issues during the last month; i wake up
several times every night, having loads of horrible nightmares and so on.
Does anyone have any tip of what might get me to sleeping valley?
I've tried some sleeping pills made only from natural ingredients, but that didn't
help at all. Don't really want to get proper sleeping pills from my PG either though,
so just, old grandmother-knows-how-to-cure-everything-tips would be very much
appreciated. Thanks guys!
